I am not giving 5 Stars for the product as the Pin Clasp had fallen off my Lapel Pin and finally I lost it after 3 wearings.I give this rating because I contacted the Company and explained what happened and they were nice enough to send out a replacement immediately.This is excellent Customer Service and I thank Knextion, Inc. for following up as they did.I just have to find some way to keep the Pin Clasp on. Maybe use a rubber Earring Back to hold the Pin Clasp on.

It's already broken. I had it on my shirt lapel, and on the 2nd or 3rd day I wore it to work it had bent and come apart.
