It was super easy to set up. It is a good size and our hamster seems very happy. There is enough room for his wheel and his sand bath. Plenty of room to burrow. Very happy with this purchase.

Good hamster cage.. spacious, and easy to assemble. Only downside is the ladder tends to fall off easily which is an easy fix.

The local pet store cages were either far too small or too big for our new hamster. This is a great size and allowed adding plenty bedding for burrowing. The plastic bottom tub makes cleanup easier than metal or wood, and is transparent enough to watch the hamster burrowing and sleeping ;)

The look of the cage is exactly the same as pictured. However, the dimensions are much smaller than listed, about 1-3 in smaller on each dimension. I have two gerbils, and the space is smaller than their old habitat, which this was supposed to be an upgrade for. This might be big enough for maybe one hamster, but that's about it. It also isn't chew proof in the slightest. If you have a big chewer, I wouldn't buy it. The black plastic piece holding the top and bottom together broke within a month.

When the first cage arrived, the bottom plastic piece was busted, I contacted the seller and they sent me out a whole Nother cage.

My hamster loves this cage. Theres plently of room for my hamster to roam around and I even could fit a 10in wheel in there. The cage itself even comes with clips to connect the bottom with the top so its very easy to assemble and unassemble. Its also very sturdy and can be easily moved as a whole.

Love this for our hamster! Lots of room for a large wheel and lots of bedding for burrowing. So easy to clean.

This cage is great, good price and it gives the hampster a great amount of space but you are still able to clean easily without having to lift a heavy cage. Also gives you more visibility to her when she is burrowed. Can move it anywhere as well. Would recommend!

So first I want to say customer service is excellent, fast to get a response from and very pleasant and professional. No issues with the actual cage my daughter loves it and so do I. My issue was with shipping due to where I am a lot of postal services were interrupted. Thank you customer service I was able to receive it in the mail. I’m still in shock I got it. It’s perfect and much bigger than I expected. Easy to assemble very sturdy. WAY BETTER then the cages they have at any pet store. better for the hamster. would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to bring a hamster home this is the cage. Sits nice on my daughter’s floor in her room and the wheels what a perfect touch. To anyone hesitant in purchasing this cage DO IT….your hamster will love you.
