Second pair I’ve bought does the job in case of leakage with a catheter in place I’m usually a XL and they came up a bit tight so I’d go one size up

They are discreet and hubby is happy with this. Not sure how absorbent they are. Time will tell.

I was unsure that these would work.But it took some time getting used to the feeling.Overall it did the job.No leakage, drips etc.Would recommend themI wear them when I am working away from home.Gives me confidence that I don't embarrass myself when away from public toilets

Please let me tell you that these are one of the best inventions ever .. aside from obviously some other great ones.My uncle was diagnosed with prostate cancer and had to undergo radical prostatectomy.It is safe to say that he was petrified of having an 'accident' or going out for too long.When I say that these were the answer to the problem, I am in no way dramatizing.He is now fully continent but if we're going out drinking or staying out, he will wear them to reassurance.They are wonderful!Takes longer to dry so we bought 4-5 of them.If you can, wash them right away in order to avoid the smell of urine to full 'sink' in.He has used them quite a bit and they still work just like new.** Only thing to keep in might is that right after the prostatectomy, these will not be enough. He will need something tougher. My uncle started using these at about the 1 month mark after getting his catheter out.

Roughly 2 year life span, so I bought nine pair... so far so good. Time will tell if they work over over time as advertised. Arrived quickly, feel good, work well so far, love them!

They fit well and do the job well. Easy to wash as regular underwear.
