At first I was very skeptical about this product. I started out using probiotics with Bioma. It was ok but I didn’t see any change in my weight so I started taking these. I was shocked at the weight I lost and how soon it happened. With Bioma I was on my third bottle and-nothing. I stated taking 4 in one and before I finished my first bottle I lost four pounds! I was shocked. I love this product. I have no bloating after eating. I have no cravings for sweets and my weight is stable. I am no longer on a yo-yo ride. I am still taking it. Even my husband has noticed a difference.It has no scent and is easy to swallow. It is definitely worth what I pay for it.

I liked how it doesn't give me gass like most probiotics.

I switched from Bioma, and found that Probiotic 4-in-1 works just as well. It’s been great for my gut health, weight loss, and other perimenopause symptoms.

This is my second bottle. I feel very regular while using this supplement. No upset tummy and no side effects. I would recommend it to my friends. For reference I typically am not regular and typically struggling that area so this is for sure going to remain in my line up.

A Solid Supplement, But Not as Effective as Hoped.I was really looking forward to trying this 4-in-1 supplement because the idea of combining probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, and digestive enzymes into one formula seemed convenient and potentially very effective. I’ve been focusing more on gut health lately and wanted a well-rounded product that could support digestion, immunity, and overall well-being. Unfortunately, while this supplement isn’t bad, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations.I took the recommended dose daily for several weeks. I did notice some mild improvements—mainly less bloating after meals and a slight increase in regularity. The enzymes seem to help with digestion, particularly after heavier meals, and I appreciated that there were no unpleasant side effects like gas or stomach discomfort, which can happen with some probiotics. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any bad aftertaste.However, the results were pretty subtle. I was hoping for more noticeable changes in things like energy, mood, or even skin clarity (all things I’ve experienced with other high-quality probiotic supplements). Compared to other products I’ve used that cost the same or even a little less, the impact of this one was just okay. Also, it would’ve been helpful to have more transparency on the strains of probiotics included and their CFU count—those details matter for anyone who’s serious about their gut health.All in all, it’s a decent product that might work better for someone just starting with digestive health supplements or who doesn’t need a strong formula. I’ll finish the bottle, but I’m not sure I’d repurchase unless I don’t find something more effective in the same price range. There’s potential here, but for me, it didn’t quite deliver the premium experience the label suggests.

This is my 2nd bottle. I felt a difference with my first bottle with my digestive health. I try not to forget to take my daily dose. I love that this product has pre-pro-post probiotics. The added bonus are the digestive enzymes- a win!

I believe it definitely controls bloating. Still waiting to see more results.

Fabulous and just as effective as the much more expensive Bioma! I feel great and have more energy. It’s helped me keep weight off, and I’m much more regular. Perfect for all of my perimenopause symptoms!
