Very Good
I've only had it a few days, but so far I'm very happy. Cosmetically it's just about perfect. Ports seem tight. Screen works well. Batter charges to about 84% of capacity when new. And it definitely seems robustly built. Updating to the latest version of Windows 11 took some time and effort, but went well. No, it's not super light. And the bezels are thick. And there's no fan, which concerns me a little. Obviously it's not for gaming or heavy work, but for normal tasks, it seems fine. I've had a bunch of browser tabs and a couple of MS Office files open, and it was okay.I think it's a good deal (and it's gone down by $10 since I bought it, because that always happens).

High quality for "excellent refurbishment"
I'm quite satisfied with the final product! I ordered "excellent refurbished" because I was suspicious of what the other two meant (did acceptable mean it's longevity and functionality was compromised or something?). The box it arrived in, with all the items, were neatly packed! When I opened the computer, there was a bit of debris on it but overall very clean and looked brand new!The touch feature has a really nice response time - I can write on it in real time pretty well,Though the original stylus wasn't included (to which they gave me a replacement, 3rd party stylus that works well - thank you!).Overall, the computer runs smoothly for the average person! Not sure if it can run AAA games but maybe Minecraft and such!Overall, a great product for the price paid! A little disappointed about the stylus part but can't be mad with an adorable, fully functional product!

Okay for road warriors, too heavy for frequent flyers
Large and heavy relative to the specs of the CPU and the size of the screen. Would suit someone who needs a robust, low-powered laptop for doing very light clerical work from their car. Not really suited for air travel. The CPU, an M3-8100Y, is Windows 11 compatible, and the machine offers to upgrade itself (from Windows 10) on first boot, with no fuss. There's enough space on the 256GB SSD to handle Windows updates, but they feel slow with 2 cores and 4 threads. The unit I received has numerous scuffs and scrapes on the case, but these are just cosmetic, and the keyboard and screen are fine. More worryingly, the USB-C power socket is heavily worn, and the power supply plug wobbles alarmingly. An old fashioned barrel jack would probably have held up better.I hate returning stuff that (kinda) works but this is too close in form factor and performance to my old, mostly-retired Dell Latitude 3189 to keep.

Wrong product description
Product description lies. I got the first one, which smelled musty and it clearly been in a very damp location for a while. The USB ports looked a bit corroded, but not so much that I immediately wanted to take it back. I booted it up and started getting it ready to use and then it said Windows 10. The product description said it had Windows 11 and I didn't have time to go through the effort of upgrading it especially since it was supposed to already have it. I set that one to return and had another one ordered. The second one looked cleaner and did not smell musty, however once I booted it up, again Windows 10. I desperately needed a device immediately since I already had to wait a couple more days to get the second one so I went ahead and updated it to Windows 11. Took two to three hours of my effort and then took all night to finish updating itself. Did not have enough time to install the programs that I needed at that time so it made me late on what I was trying to do. Seems from the reviews that probably none of the devices are actually updated to Windows 11. I'm not sure about the first one, because it was definitely not in the best of condition, being musty and dirty when I got it. The second device other than having the wrong operating system on it, so far seems to work fine.

Great little laptop, but……
UPDATED REVIEW.Love the laptop. Not happy with the third party seller. Started using the second laptop and noticed it was running WINDOWS 10 pro. It was suppose to be WINDOWS 11. Called for support and found out this is a third party seller. Unlike baseball two strikes and out. Returning the second faulty laptop before I find more problems.Purchase this unit for it's mobility and touchscreen option. I interchange between a PC and an iPad at work. Love the iPad portability, touchscreen ease, long battery life and the apps available from the the App Store. The small screen tough makes for a challenge when working on detailed spreadsheets, long documents. etc. in the office. A MAC is to expensive to carry around for field data entry. The Lenovo is proving to be a good bridge for both field work and office summary of data collected. The processing power is good (the Yoga 11e is not meant for gaming/photo editing) and the touchpad is responsive. The Yoga 11e is compact like the iPad, has a keyboard for quick data entry, and good battery life. To over come the small hard drive, I carry a compact portable hard drive when needed with large documents and historical reference data. It is easy to plug in if needed.I can use the touchscreen in the field to access information in large documents, update the data as it changes or enter raw data for later processing. This means I do not need to revisit the "notes" I used to need when using the iPad. I connect to a large monitor in the office if I need to "process" field information or large amounts of data.Side note: The first reconditioned unit that I ordered and received had problems. When I contacted Amazon they immediately processed the return and sent a replacement. A 5.0 for support.
