Huge tent. Value for money
Love this tent. It's huge!. Plenty of living space and plenty of bedroom!. (Just remember, this is a car camping tent, and not a backpacking tent). It is difficult to put up on your own, but it can be done. I purchased this huge tent because I needed something I could stand up in, and be able to use a full size cot bed, and high backed chair. I have problems with my spine, so unfortunately, crawling in and out of small tents have had to come to an end ☹️ The tent itself is very well made and the quality is to an high standard. I last used it well over a month or two ago now, and unintentionally camped in a storm. I didn't check the weather like a plonker...and a storm came in late in the day. It rained heavy, and wind gusts got up to and above 50mph 🫣 Thankfully the tent performed brilliantly and kept me safe. The tent poles are larger and more heavy duty than you'd get with a smaller tent...which probably saved a stupid and potentially very expensive mistake!. The tent material seems to be very high quality, and again, stood up brilliantly to the onslaught. I highly recommend this tent. It's definitely worth the investment 👍

Excellent hot tent
This tent exceeded my expectations! I pitched it solo for the first time in wind and rain - it was a bit tricky in those conditions but, once pitched and fully guyed out, the tent was solid. All sides can open and have both mesh and solid panels so it's easy to have a view while being sheltered from the wind. The tent was completely waterproof in heavy rain. The only negative I have is a minor one and won't be relevant to everyone - the stove jack was pre cut and the hole is too big for my stove pipe. Other than that this tent is amazing! As un upgrade, it would be useful if they offered a groundsheet with a fireproof section for the stove for times when the ground is saturated. The inner tent has a bathtub groundsheet built in but the stove area has no floor. I currently use a fireproof mat under my stove to protect the grass when using the stove.

Versatile options
Good reviews on Naturehike 4 season tents . They come in two sizes . Two or four person . At not much extra I chose the larger version . I spend time weighing up options , as I have a few tents to chose from . Different tents for different occasions , summer and off season . This is a well made large tent , with both sleeping area and living day time space - also possible awning or extending cover . Look forward to versatile options .

Very good
With just three poles, it's very easy to set up. The extended canopy has a high appearance value and increases usable space, making the user experience excellent

Poor quality
I purchased a tent that completely failed me during a short camping trip in the UK. Despite light to moderate rain, the tent floor was soaking wet, even with extra protection layers both under and inside the tent. The water seeped through the floor, making it cold, damp, and uncomfortable — totally ruining the experience. I contacted customer service and provided detailed descriptions and photos. Their response? They dismissed the issue as “expected dampness” and claimed it was not a defect. Even worse, they ignored my follow-up when I explained that the floor was visibly wet and one of the poles was also bent. For a product advertised as suitable for outdoor use, this is unacceptable. The material (Oxford polyester) clearly does not offer enough waterproof protection, even in typical UK weather. I strongly advise others to avoid this brand until they improve their product quality and take customer feedback seriously. #PoorQuality #UnresponsiveSupport #DisappointedCustomer

Good tent
Good bit of kit. Easy set up, enough room for 2 people with cot beds and a stove. Good in hot or cold weather. The awnings are a nice touch but as we all know rain very rarely comes down straight so if any upgrades were going to done, side protection on the awning/s would be very useful.

Great tent. Poorly designed. Terrible customer service.
It’s a great tent. Perfect for a couple who are neat and tidy if you’re using the tent as a hot tent with a wood stove. If you’re not tidy then don’t. You’ll melt or burn your belongings. It takes discipline not to burn oneself on the stove given its proximity to the tent sides and any belongings in the living space. Now my reason for 2 stars. My tent inner split on the first outing. I put this down to the connection between the outer and inner being too short and placed undue pressure on the inner tents seem. Naturehike offer. 2 year warranty. ONLY IF PURCHAED THROUGH AMAZON. This tent is significantly cheaper on aliexpress. Even with vat being added. But here’s the rub. I believe nature hike will only honour the warranty as they have to due to Amazon selling practices. In effect it’s Amazon’s influence that keeps them honest and likely to back their warranty on good sold through Amazon. They rejected my clam out of hand (I bought through aliexpress) and that after spending a week emailing them to simply obtain a response. So great tent. Crap company customer service. Think of the tents (or anything nature-hike branded) as disposable. Will I purchase another tent from them? No never. Selling to you and even delivery is painless albeit you have to wait for it for a month or two. Customer back up doesn’t exist and they simply don’t care. I’d rather spend my money even a little more on established and friendly companies.
