Use this for my knee. Works great and looks fab too. Love the design and had lots of comments when seen. Prefer to plain plaster colour. Easy to cut into length required. Instruction available how to cut for different parts of your body.

Works a treat, just remember to warm it slightly, I used a low heat setting on a hair dryer and it sticks longer, even in the pool.

Loved this for my tennis elbow, looks cool and stays on for a good few days.

Good firm support! I’ve tried a variety of brands and this one is definitely best (I had mcl injury) I use the cheaper less firm brand around the top n bottom of knee joint and this is good for to attach the Rock tape and cross it over the actual injury. xEx

Love Rock tape as it honestly works better than the cheaper brands. I’d recommend rounding the corners of your cut strips to prevent the corners lifting. Particularly like this design. My only negative is this stuff is generally rather expensive for what it is, although vastly more affordable than the pre-cut strips. Frustrating that prices fluctuate & some designs are much more expensive than others.

Love this tape,it came recommended from a sports therapist, the colours are great, easy to follow instructions. Just be careful when removing from the skin - my daughter has sensitive skin and this sometimes leave friction type burns.

The best tape for securing my Libre sensor on my arms. Will always use this product.

Great stick, easy to cut and shape

This tape is great! This is now my "go to" tape. I use the Rocktape to tape my arches for martial arts, and found that the adhesive is much more durable than the KT. The Rocktape seems to be a thicker fabric type tape, as opposed to the more stretchy nylon of the KT. For me, the Rocktape just provides better support, and will last about 3-4 days, including through swims and showers. The only slight negative is that the length is not pre-cut. Kind of a pain, but feel I use less since I can cut just what I need. Be sure to round the corners of the tape for better application. I have recommend this tape to all my friends. Added bonus of Rocktape - cool designs!!

I used this for taping my knee for a torn meniscus. It worked well but I prefer the KT Professional better. This didn't stick as well on the edges and they started to curl and catch on things so I found I would have to retape more often.

Stays on longer, frankly, than the KT tape and you can cut smaller sizes so you use less. We've tried many designs and get the most reactions from the tattoo design. Apparently people really think, from a distance, that two senior citizens have matching knee tattoos. A must for the meniscus. A few tips: round the edges so they don't flip up quite as easily, and when you put it on pull across sort of tight, and as you get to the end, loosen up the tension. You can probably get a week or so use of each piece of tape.

Didn’t stick well. Which is very unusual for Rock tape, it’s my favorite for in & out of water. Maybe this was 1 in a 1000.
