Purchased two for our accounting office. They work great and take very little space. Boot speed is good, running multiple monitors and software programs at the same time.

Runs fast, consistently, no crashes, extremely quiet. It's a perfect PC for a media server in my living room.

The machine is great, but stay away from Hardline Systems / NYPro Distribution LLC. I recently purchased this system to use in my homelab setup as a virtual machine host. Upon receiving the device, it crashed intermittently and became unstable. The hardware itself (other than the cpu) has been replaced with low quality equivalents. After a week of troubleshooting and working the problem, I determined that this device was shipped with faulty RAM. After spending $400+ on new RAM to get my system to be usable, we are back in business. The device itself is decent, but the fake contact information on the sellers website, the 2 different seller names on amazon, and the clear bait and switch with lower quality hardware makes it impossible for me to leave anything other than a 1 star review for this product.

First, I didn’t realize how small it is, it’s about the size of a small cigar box. It works great and is super fast. I wouldn’t recommend it for gaming, though. The only real downside is that because it’s so small, there aren’t as many USB ports as I’d like. That said, the compact size makes it easy to tuck into the side cabinet of my desk alongside my laptop. I give it a 4.5.

My old micro-computer died and so I was looking for another micro-computer for home use. The Dell Optiplex 7020 with 1 TB HDD, 32 GB RAM with intel i7 core seemed like a good option. Priced almost at 1K, I was expecting a bit more bang for the buck. It arrived a day later than promised and it was easy to set up. Took me around 15 minutes or so to have it up and running. It comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. Make sure once you have it set up to install all available updates. While the Amazon site states that wireless mouse and keyboard are part of the deal, what I received was a cheap wired mouse and keyboard. However, I had wireless keyboard and mouse with me that I could connect up, so it was all good. The micro PC does work ok, but it does heat up, which is a bit unusual, since my previous micro-pc did not get hot at all. The overall size is just the same as all Dell micro-PC's, its compact and can fit either beneath, behind or beside the monitor. It powers up fast. It says on the website that it has WiFi7 capability, however, I have not tested that yet. It works fine with my WiFi 5.

Very solid and fast computer. Doesn't take too much space and is easy to transport with other equipment. I did buy external fans to help it stay cool. Very happy with this purchase.

The PC was delivered quickly and was exactly as described. Good seller.
