Good quality and sturdy

This bike was a birthday gift for my son. Bike came in a box without being assembled. We had to get it assembled at extra cost of £35.Within couple of days the gears stopped working and breaks made sqeeky noise. We got the bike fixed 2/3 times within 2 weeks and engineers confirmed that this bike has low cost and bad quality components. We are now returning the bike within 3 weeks of purchase and would not recommend this bike.

Bike arrived well packaged. Very little to " build" you will need to connect brake cables ,pedals, seat and handlebars and of course front wheel . Total assembly in less than an hour. Had to slightly adjust the 6th gear with barrell adjuster , half turn and it was done all other gears were syched perfectly. Well built , nice colour would highly recommend.

Good quality bike. Smooth riding. I'd 100% recommend this bike for a teenager.

Unfortunately there were many errors in the braking system and gears. I had to take it to a bike shop to be corrected so it was safe to ride. An extra £25 on top of the £290 I paid for the bike. Only reason I kept the bike and not return it is due to my son being on the spectrum and would struggle to wait for a replacement. The brake system isn’t the best.I was going to buy my daughter one to but will look for a different bike now

Ordered this nearly 2 months ago the seat isn’t safe and moves contacted seller no communication back
