I started berberine to help regulate blood sugar, it's also known to help with cholesterol. My numbers have improved greatly! ALWAYS consult a doctor first though!

I haven't had to take my metformin for 3 months now I take this with there cinnamon pill 1 in the morning and one before dinner love this stuff it works ! A1c is at 5.6 now

Good quality stuff

I've used various products from this brand and have come to have confidence in them as a manufacturer. This was my first experiment with Berberine. I had read that it aids in blood sugar regulation which intrigued me. While I have no clinical evidence of having any condition in that area, I find that my energy levels swing wildly and have speculated that it might have something to do with my blood sugar. I also have just slightly elevated LDL and hoped Berberine might aid with that. Its very difficult to notice or quantify what's happening in that cellular level inside your body and I haven't seen any change i myself, but do take comfort in believing that many things included in traditional Chinese medicine might indeed have benefits, based on their long term inclusion and use in those cultures. So while I cant report any obvious benefits, I feel that if they are possible, this company is making available tablets that contain what they say is in there which is something needing attention when making supplement choices.

I started using this product a year ago and it has worked for me. I have stopped taking metformin because it would make me sick, I take this and it helps with controlling my sugar pulse I'm eating better too. and exercising.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It really is too bad I can't give this item 5 stars. I have been taking this item for approx. 3 months now and do I see a difference? I can't say it has done anything for me but on the other hand I can't say if it has been keeping my glucose level steady. Would my glucose levels be higher without it, I don't know

Great product so far at a good price point. Looking forward to seeing how this works for my husband.
