The quality is good but I really wish they had this in a chopped version. not shreds, but chopped. My dogs won't eat pate.

My dogs love this food. I was surprised by how much they actually both love this. My dogs can be such picky eaters, but this food they eat every time. I wish the cans were a little bigger, having to use so many cans per feeding makes it pricey. But, this food is a nice treat for my Pomchi dogs to have for dinner on holidays and special occasion, like Cinco De Mayo.

My chihuahua does like it. Sometimes when we give her meat she doesn’t want to eat it. So I put on my lap with a towel and feed it to her that way. She eats it all. First time as an adult I have had a little dog. As a kid we had cockapoos ( poodles) but chihuahuas are crazy. Also she likes the chihuahua crunchies .

I can’t say enough good things about this food. Both of my chihuahuas are picky (like… tiny divas), but this Royal Canin Loaf in Sauce is the one meal they never hesitate on. The moment I open the can, they’re already spinning in circles waiting for me to put it down. The texture is soft enough for their little mouths, super easy to mix with kibble, and it actually smells like real food — not that weird, strong odor some wet foods have. Their coats look shinier, their energy is great, and their digestion has been smooth since switching to this. Honestly, it’s such a relief to find something both of them love equally. Feeding time used to be a struggle, but now it’s the easiest part of the day. Highly recommend if you’ve got chihuahuas with attitude — this stuff wins them over every time.
