I am trying to get rid of plastic in the products I use for cooking. These sheets are thin and don't weight much. All sources say that Titanium is better than aluminum because it doesn't get into the food, and of course, no microplastics. The product is not cheap, but so far, works well. I can't attest to durability since I just started using it.

I love this cutting board! It's so easy to clean, does not retain smells such as that of onions. It's also more comfortable to use while slicing veggies.

This cutting board boasts being titanium, I am very disappointed. Not only does it show cut marks from a knife, but it also leaves residue from cutting up chicken. My husband said we can get titanium cleaner and use a polisher to get the chicken residue off, but it will not polish out the cut marks. Which means that it no better then using a butchers block and having to sand it down after it shows wear from cutting on it. The quality is not as displayed, does exactly the same as a wooden cutting board.

This items is a good cutting board based on the material used. Unlike wood (that can encourage bacteria growth) or plastic (which can end up in the food), this cutting board is made of metal and resistant to harmful bacteria growth. The only downside is side is that certain foods can become slippery on the metal surface, so I started using knife resistant gloves when cutting certain things.

Great replacement cutting board instead of the plastic or would. Dishwasher safe, very convenient.
