The designs I received were similar to the product pictures. Packaging was secure, but strangely 19 were packaged in a single plastic bag, and the remaining 5 (all two-color gradient) were individually packaged. All had 38mm bars EXCEPT one which was only 33mm (see far right photo). Designs: 5 solid color, 4 with white speckles, 4 swirled with white, 2 multi-colored swirls, 3 speckled with black, 1 multi-colored speckled, 5 with two-color gradient.I have purchased very similar ones before, and the paint starts to chip off after about 1 month of constant use. (Since I wear three at a time, it's too much trouble to keep swapping out.) I suspect these will wear out the same.I tried unscrewing/rescrewing several of the balls and they all seem fine.

These are perfect for adding a small pop of color. The reason I gave them a four and not five is a couple of them have a texture on them that I would never try to drag through my ear. So a couple of them I will never wear.

The colors on these are pretty cool and unique, but the problem I run into is that these are super hard to get in my ear and they end up hurting. I’m guessing the fit is off due to the painted metal? Not sure I’ll be able to wear these much.
