This vacuum has changed the way I clean, it is so convenient with everything in one place that I find I use it more often. I have recently had limestone flooring installed and I have a dog or should I give you her full name of the mud ferret...a typical spaniel! Using the bissell after muddy walks has been so easy. What I like the most: * Cordless means it's so convenient that you use it more often even for the quick clean ups. * It is self cleaning! When on the docking station it cleans the brush, I tend to put it on several times and then empty the dirty water (don't leave it sitting, it becomes smelly quickly) * It doesn't leave the floors too wet and has a boost button for getting the floor drier if needed. * Great battery life, I can do my whole downstairs level and still have 60 percent battery available.

Fabulous and what I have been looking for. So easy to use and couldn’t believe how dirty my floors were after I used it. Plus I have 4 cats and it picked up the hair too which mops can’t do. Have gone on about it so much 2 of my friends have ordered one. Very easy to put together and use. Totally recommend

Great when it works, but it stopped working after a few months. The company are demanding a repair rather than a replacement or refund, and I've now got zero faith in the product. It hadn't had heavy use at all, but the roller stopped spinning and it leaks like mad. Useless, buy anything else.

This is awesome bit of kit I used to have a shark hydro vac however it broke on the neck and shark said there is no replacement. I didn’t want to spend that much again so when this was on offer at £150 I took a risk. This is well better then the shark hydro vac in my opinion in a house with two toddlers cleaning up the floor Buffett after eating and drinking times it just does the job and leaves and clean washed feel (have a lot floor) I have since recommended it to people and that too where impressed and have seen the results on a tiled and laminated floor. It’s a win and for stubborn stains hit the turbo button and it changes up a gear. Well impressed hope you are too if you purchase.

This cleaner really simplifies mopping compared to traditional mops. It’s surprisingly quiet during normal use — only gets noisy when running the self-clean function. The self-clean feature is fantastic and saves a lot of effort, though you still need to rinse the mop parts under the tap occasionally. Battery life is excellent; I’ve never run it down during use. Usually, I run out of water before the battery dies. It’s light enough that even my older parents can use it comfortably. After trying mine, they wanted one too — it really saves their backs compared to a traditional mop! A couple of small downsides: it doesn’t clean right up to the edges, leaving about an inch gap, and the dirty water bucket is quite small. By the time you finish mopping, you’ll need to empty the dirty bucket before running the self-clean cycle, meaning you end up emptying it twice. Overall, a great product that makes floor cleaning easier, quieter, and more hygienic, despite a few minor quirks.

Only reason i purchased was for better customer service and help,its quiet,easy to clean dors not go right up to edges its about 1inch away,conveinient cordless machine,good quality,not impressed with suction as it does leave floors quite wet and they take a good while to dry,oversll not as good as expected for Bissell

Very happy with this. Must have tool for your cleaning set up. Really effective, simply to use and love the self clean mode. Super happy and will recommend

Dopo anni di utilizzo della versione con filo della CrossWave, siamo passati alla nuova OmniForce cordless, e la differenza è evidente fin da subito. L’assenza del cavo rende tutto più pratico, ma quello che sorprende davvero è quanto questa versione sia più efficiente, più intelligente e molto più comoda da gestire. Una delle funzioni migliori è la gestione completamente automatizzata dell’acqua: la macchina segnala quando la vaschetta dell’acqua pulita è vuota e quando quella dell’acqua sporca è piena, così non ci si deve accorgere “a occhio” di quando intervenire. Il display integrato mostra in tempo reale lo stato della pulizia, i livelli, le modalità e gli avvisi, rendendo l’esperienza molto più immediata rispetto al vecchio modello. Molto utile anche il fatto che, quando si interrompe il lavaggio, la macchina effettui automaticamente una breve aspirazione per evitare gocciolamenti sul pavimento. Una piccola funzione che però fa davvero la differenza nell’uso quotidiano. Il passo avanti più grande, però, è sicuramente il lavaggio automatico della spazzola. Nel modello con filo bisognava riempire manualmente la vaschetta interna e avviare il ciclo; adesso basta riempire la vaschetta dell’acqua pulita fino al livello indicato, riposizionarla nella base e premere l’apposito tasto sul manico. In pochi minuti la macchina pulisce da sola tutta la sezione aspirante. Poi basta estrarre la spazzola, metterla ad asciugare insieme al filtro e il gioco è fatto: molto più veloce e molto più igienico. Ottimo anche il cestello separatore nella vaschetta dell’acqua sporca, che trattiene tutti i residui solidi. In questo modo si possono svuotare comodamente i residui nella spazzatura, mentre l’acqua sporca può essere gettata nel WC senza problemi. Per quanto riguarda l’autonomia, utilizzata in una casa di circa 160 m², la batteria arriva tranquillamente a coprire quasi tutta la superficie, richiedendo una breve ricarica soltanto per completare le ultime due stanze. Il caricamento è rapido: anche se ci si ferma per batteria scarica, bastano pochi minuti di ricarica per avere di nuovo abbastanza energia per riprendere la pulizia senza tempi di attesa eccessivi. In sintesi, questa Bissell CrossWave OmniForce rappresenta un netto miglioramento rispetto alla precedente versione con filo: più comoda, più intuitiva, più silenziosa, più veloce da mantenere e con funzioni che semplificano davvero la gestione quotidiana della casa. Una scelta azzeccatissima per chi vuole una pulizia completa senza complicazioni.
