Very useful for controlling digestive problems.

The Enteric coating is key. Check before buying anything else as not all Peppermint oil pills are and get eaten up in the stomach before they can reach the intestines and colon. They work well for me.

Not working

I suffer quite badly with ibs, and these capsules are a great natural alternative to prescription medications. They help greatly with ibs pain, as peppermint oil is a natural antispasmodic. There quite small so easy enough to swallow, no horrible smell or taste, great value for money and are very effective. Would highly recommend.

These capsules did not even attempt to ameliorate the pain, the capsules made it much worse. Complete waste of money. Very disappointing.
