Me ha encantado este set de utensilios para la cocina, lo uso en una estufa de gas y efectivamente aprovecha mucho el calor, se calientan rápido y una vez han logrado la temperatura óptima lo mejor es bajar el fuego ya que mantiene muy bien el calor.Por otra parte el anti adherente es demasiado eficiente, basta con enjuagar con un poco de agua con jabón y una esponja no abrasiva para remover fácilmente los residuos de comida o de salsas de la cocción.Se apilan muy bien y trae los protectores para que no se rayen entre ellas, vale la pena cuidarlas y tener en cuenta las recomendaciones para tener un producto estéticamente muy bello y que te va a durar años.

I don't even like to cook and especially hate cleaning dishes. However, this set is great. Nothing sticks and they're so easy to clean up. They look good and cooking with them is great. I especially like the flat grill pan. Great for making paninis. Would purchase again.

This is the best cooking pots and pans I have ever purchased and the quality is excellent. They are sturdy and well made. If you are looking for quality you can't go wrong. The price is worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and experience the best nonstick cookware you have ever owned.

These are great pans as long as you don't put them into the oven!The outside can get black marks from flames on them if you're not careful, but it only affects the visual esthetics of the pan (experience from another one of these pans from a prior purchase.Don't expect these to withstand a lot of heat. Don't cook then try to clean them immediately. let them cool down then wipe them out easily.

We purchased two other sets of pans and not thrilled, then found this set. We had purchased one of these pans 2 yrs ago and loved it so thought we would try the set. So far they are great. They don't stick & clean up is a snap.
