Color:Original Version High quality L-key set with color coded, convenient plastic sleeve. This ensures that the tool is quickly to hand and the ergonomic and pleasant handle is easy on the hands even at low temperatures. The wear-resistant clip material ensures secure storage of the L-keys as well as simple removal. The Hex-Plus profile offers a greater contact surface in the head of the screw. The notching effect is therefore reduced to a minimum and damage to the screw head more or less eliminated. The ballpoint on the long arm allows dependable working even in difficult installation situations. The Black Laser surface treatment provides outstanding surface protection, even against corrosion, and a long service life. Laser-engraved and thereby wear-resistant size markings on the L-keys for rapid accessing.

These have NO WARRANTY. Broke one in 5 minutes of owning
I've been eyeballing these for over a year. The mailman dropped them off, I took them straight into my garage and opened them up. I found a small set screw that I needed to remove. Put the Wera in, gave it a twist and the Wera snapped right off in the Allen head. I was applying a decent amount of force but nothing that would have cause a typical Allen wrench to cam out or bend. After my disgust, I put my old Craftsman in the same hole and it took the Allen right out. Next problem, unlike most Allen wrenches you can't just cut off a little bit to essentially get a brand Allen wrench because the Wera are round shank. I went online and read the fine print warranty and L-wrenches are considered consumables by them and have no warranty. You can't just buy just the one you need either. They hide their phone number(never found it) so they are impossible to contact about the issue. I Googled my issues and I read a lot of comments from disappointed people from different forums so I just returned these.

Just order a set, you will not be disappointed (and I don't work for Wera)!
Tired of crappy fitting hex keys, I saw these on Toolguyd's page. His reviews are usually spot on so I went ahead and ordered a set.The price was not cheap, but I was tired of rounding hex heads to the point of turning them into homemade security bolts, especially when working on my bicycles. The set was shipped from the UK and arrived in quick time (gone are the days of shipping, a good thing if you are the impatient sort). In typical Wera fashion, they were nicely boxed and protected. I'm usually skeptical of integrated holders for tools, but find the holder excellent in my limited use. The hex keys feel secure in the soft plastic holder and the clasp is easy on my clumsy, big fingers. The fit and finish of the keys is excellent. The plastic coating on the shaft is not at all slippery, even with greasy hands. The sizes are clearly printed on the color coded coating, a much better option than trying to decipher the size from the usual dull black finish of most hex keys. The metal portions are a bit more polished in finish than expected. The non-ball ends fit snugly in all the bolts tried thus far (mostly in the small range), and the ball ends actually work better than every ball end hex head. In my hands ball ends usually cause more damage to the head, so I usually avoid them. Maybe it is my usage, but these really do work, especially in the tight spots for which they were designed.I cannot think of a single negative feature to them. Now I just have to make sure I don't lose them or they are borrowed by my offspring or spouse.Highly recommended!

Best Available.
I have been using these Wera metric wrenches for years; if there are better ones anywhere in the world, I am unaware of them. I am a technician for CNC equipment and 95% of the fasteners are metric. These will outlast the Bondhus competition 3 or 4/1, no joke! Thus is my first set of the multicolored sleeves, but i understand the tool is identical to the green-sleeved set. If you rely on the highest quality hex-wrench available for your work, this is it!!!

Disappointing fit and finish
I was really excited to buy these L-keys, I'd been eyeing them for a while. I was a little disappointed when they arrived for a few reasons. The printing on the plastic sleeves is very poorly done, you can see it's especially bad on the "1.5" of the 1.5mm key. Perhaps it's because the product images are renders that I had high expectations, but the printing on the L-keys really does not look that great. Many of them have over- or under-printing where ink didn't get to the spot on the sleeve. The molding on the green slide switch looks poorly done, you can see some marks that might've been an incomplete shot into the mold. I'm pleased with the feel of the TPE that they use to hold the wrenches, however they're a little loose in their slots—and worse, they're unevenly loose.I haven't put these through years of use in a shop, but I'd be concerned about the text rubbing off the wrenches with how poorly they're printed. I don't have concerns about the longevity of the steel part of the wrench, but it seems for a premium tool you should be getting premium fit and finish.

Complete game changer!
I work on cars and RC boats, so hex keys come up a lot. Also Amazon furniture often requires assembly with a provided hex key, which will undoubtedly spin in the fastener before a satisfying amount of torque is applied. You know, the type where you crank it down and in your head "that's not going anywhere." These Wera keys will grip even the cheapest of screws and get you back to that happy place. Plus the ball-end removes much of the frustration when working in tight places designed for the hands of the children that assemble that furniture for stores. The smaller the hex key, the more these shine.Even bolts previously stripped by included budget hex keys can be cranked with these Wera keys. On my RC boat, I stripped a set screw that locks the motor to the driveshaft, and started squishing the set screw on the rear prop. That rear prop eventually came off in the water leaving the boat stranded. I replaced those parts then the motor started slipping on the shaft. Once these Wera hex keys arrived, I gave them a try on the boat. That set screw that would spin with the ordinary looking (not visibly stripped) provided Traxxas hex key, suddenly was able to take some confident cranking force. Never again will anything but a Wera hex key touch my boat.On standard hex keys, once stripped or gummed up, they can be ground down or cut to produce a fresh hex end with no rounding. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to apply that same trick with these round-shaft keys. Turns out, with good tools you don't need to touch up the ends. They interlock well with fasteners and there is little room to twist the points or round over.If you've tried other Wera tools and were pleased with them, go ahead and grab a set of these. If the high sticker price causes doubt, look at it as investing in never stripping a hex bolt or set screw again.
