I have had an aromatherapy neck wrap for years and it was the fabric that finally started to get thread bare and small holes appearing in the fabric. It was a good investment lasting 15 years or more so i purchased another one hoping this one will last as long. The herbs inside smell amazing and when heated up provide amazing relief from aches and pains in neck and shoulder area.

Stays warm. Lovely scent.

Works wonders on my knee.

I've loved having these around but do have to replace them every year due to the fabric tearing at the seams. This last purchase tore within 3 weeks of using (from only heating and putting them around my neck). That's a bummer. A different fabric would help longevity.

Love the herbal aroma

Years ago I got one of these and it was time to replace it, so I ordered the today's version. I have to agree with a previous reviewer that it is under-filled. (I got the neckwrap ) Not enough stuffing in the curved neck wrap makes it so you don't really have enough on the back of your neck. That is unfortunate. They could also use more of the herbs as the smell seemed to have quickly faded. The older version retained the herbal smell longer as it aged. Also one of the herbs included has short little sticks kind of like a pin, that stick through the fabric sometimes and stab ya. I know I am complaining a lot but I am just giving the honest opinion of someone who was previously a big fan of these. They don't make the rectangle size that my older one is anymore so I went with the neck wrap. Maybe if I opened it up and added more seeds it would be improved. Would I buy it again? Probably, but overall I am generally disappointed in the current version of the product, especially given that once upon a time, the product was excellent.

I've only used this as a heating pad but I know that you can also cool it. Comfortable soothing and quite frankly I love it.

I ordered this product to help my neck. I work from home and my neck gets stiff. This is just what I needed! I love it. Also- I would buy ANYTHING from this company due to their incredible customer service. They really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The scent/filling I ordered originally wasn’t available- and the owner contacted me to ask if it would be okay to send a different (mild and natural) scent/filling and it was fine with me. When I received it, I received a little note thanking me for my purchase and for being willing to accept the other scent/filling and the note said she just made the one I requested just for me! How sweet is that? It’s a high quality product for a great price, made by real people who care. I love it and will always buy from this company and I highly recommend that if you are in need of any of their products, please buy from them. You will not be disappointed!
