I've watched many reviews and purchased many backpacks over the years, and I think this one is the best so far. So I typically look for a couple things in a travel backpack or as the airlines calls it, a personal bag. I want an easily accessible top location for my sunglasses and reading glasses and all the stuff I dump out of my pockets right before I go through the security check point. This bag's top pocket is exactly what I think should be there. I also want an easily accessible pocket on the front for my ID, boarding pass, passport, etc. separate from the glasses/pocket stuff. This bag has that too in a zippered very front pocket. I also look for roomy space for my laptop and tablet, which is there. And I also look at quality in the back padding, straps, and bag stitching, which this bag holds up to well. In my opinion, it has it all. I also like how it opens in the center for easy access to everything inside. What an awesome find, sized just right for the person item category. It is too small if you are looking for a carry on but they make bigger bags for that.

I got this as a personal travel backpack, and it holds everything well. It feels solid and durable. It is comfortable to wear while walking around on a long travel day. The zippers feel sturdy, and as long as you keep to to pocket zipped, the handle feels sturdy as well. It keeps items well organized, but also has a lot of space in the main section. Definitely worth it!

I travel for work and packing efficiently has become an art. This bag is less bulky than others yet still fits everything I need and went perfectly under the seat in the plane. It’s only been one trip so I can’t speak for longevity but for the price - the quality appears to be legit. I’ve found many travel backpacks have an excessive amount of pockets/compartments. Most of which are useless and I just lose stuff but this bag got it right for me with minimal pockets. The main compartment opens like a suitcase and fits 2-3 days of clothes as well as toiletries. No space for extra shoes or bulky items though. The straps and laptop sleeve are well padded/comfortable. I think looks nice and a little more sleek/chic than some others.

This is my second BagSmart bag I’ve purchased. I love my existing one and have used it for several years during business and personal travel (it has held up beautifully even after scrunching it under airplane seats) but I wanted a new one that opens like a suitcase to serve as my personal item on an international trip. I bought several and compared them to my current BagSmart bag as well as each other and this one hands-down was the best quality. Very roomy, great zippers, soft yet sturdy material and seems easy to clean.

This is a great bag. I packed for a week in it. Sometimes when it is really full the zippers are harder to open. I had no issues carrying this bag when I put really heavy items in it. I would buy it again.

I travel a ton for work and this bag is one of my favorites. It has a lot of space, various compartments, incredibly functional and light. It doesn't hurt my back when wearing like some others I've used and the style is cute. The material is easy to clean, which is nice when it's been on the floor of the airplane under the seat in front of me, and it's now my go to personal carry on when traveling.

The PERFECT travel backpack. My suitcase broke on a trip and I shoved so much stuff in here for the flight home, and it worked so well. Side straps are helpful for condensing bag to fit under plane seats. Love the style of the top zipper pocket for things you need to reach quickly.

Todo está perfecto, es un poco más pequeña de lo que esperaba pero me funcionó muy bien para evitar traer bolso de mano mientras andaba en caminatas de turista.

Excelente mochila para el precio. Buen material. La estoy llevando durante mi viaje y es cómoda y ha aguantado bastante. Muy buena opción. Aunque tengan cuidado, lleve mi laptop y si se alcanzó a dañar un poco. Por lo que lo consideren si van a estar llevando su laptop tengan cuidado.
