Yes - short answer. Long answer: My 2018 Accord comes with stock LED front turn signals, but rear is incandescent (don't ask me why, it's silly). These hyper-flash on it. I had the LED in the left and still incandescent in the right and on hazards they didn't hyper flash, but individual blinker did. Since the Accord light housing doesn't really provide much room for resistors (and I don't want to be messing with wiring on my new car), I'm either stuck with bulbs for $50 that have resistors built in, or incandescent.
