So far I love it. There were a few issues like the internal delivery packaging pushing the liquid cooling hose against one of the fans making a high pitch noise. Or connecting my external harddrive tower keeping the computer from booting up. Couldn't even reach BIOS. (Just had to pull all of them from the harddrive tower then plug them back in one at a time while rebooting.) Or my keyboard and mouse not waking the computer up when it went to sleep. (Fixed that by not allowing windows to put the USB ports for their BT receivers to sleep.) Those are my cons. And they are minor. Its been a dream to edit videos on. Which is the main reason I got it. Plus I can play every game I've tried on the epic setting while Flat, and can push game graphics really high in VR (something i'm still learning the ins and outs of) So I dont regret this purchase at all.

Runs great, was a very good upgrade for the price especially compared to other PC makers with similar specs.

All I can say is this thing is FAST, POWERFUL, and handles ANYTHING you throw at it with EASE. It’s a top tier PC and the build quality is phenomenal. Worth every single penny. Plug and play and insane graphics on games it’s buttery smooth.

Edit: after hunting down the motherboard specs and dealing with poor engineering (fans are not just screwed in but glued in, and cover available motherboard ports), I was able to add a secondary hard drive. The case allows for one to be mounted but you have to undo the "clean" cable management to do this. So it IS possible but the seller provides a horrible manual (apparently they pay their tech writers by the letter and could only afford maybe five letter), and no manuals for the components. I'm amending my original 1 star to 3 because the computer itself came as purchased but gave a terrible experience of porting existing hardware. Original review: Buyer beware. If you are upgrading and have an existing sata hard drive, good luck adding it to this machine. The manual gives no information. The manufacturer apparently never intended for this to be feasible. There are sata cables, but NO power cables for or access to the motherboard to connect one. This goes far beyond design flaw but actually feels intentional as there isn't even a compartment to house a drive.

Great purchase. Computer worked perfectly out of the box. Packaging was tight and effective. Would recommend to other.

The system is able to handle everything I run. It is also so quiet while running.

Regarding the Empower computer, the shipment arrived a few days earlier than originally estimated. The paperwork showed that the system was carefully inspected before shipping, which was reassuring — it included dates and the initials of the person who did the check. Everything went smoothly, from the Windows startup to running all of my applications. No shortcuts were taken, and I really appreciate the build quality.
