I love copper dyes for my hair. Manic Panic has the trust of being vegan friendly. It also has the best red dyes around that lasts long. I would just use the tube and apply using my fingers. I do it quickly so that the dye doesn't tint the hands too much. I would section and apply from roots to tips, saturating the whole area I want to dye. I then wrap my hair with plastic bag to produce heat to impact the dye better. I leave it on for four hours to penetrate the dye into each strand of hair fully. I love how this dye doesn't have strong odors nor damages the hair, but actually conditions it while coloring it. If only the grey and white dyes penetrates and sticks around as well as their red colors. I love to use this between actual permanent dye treatments. This helps keep the hair color rich and prolonged until the next treatment. It looks better on lighter hair. I have natural light grey and blonde hair strands at the sides of my head and this dye looks amazing and lasts for a good three weeks on them. Keep in mind that I only shampoo my hair one a week. I can't wait for my whole head of hair to be silver to play with their other colors and to color my hair silver lavender.

I like it easy to apply., doesn't stain your skin , and is easy to clean up if oppsies happen! I love it so far...didn't realize the color orange would bring out the freckles on my face more but it works . I like the color!!

Laid this over faded mahogany hair dye. Brought out a lot of good warm in my hair. But stained the tub and came out of my hair pretty fast.

This def leans more towards copper than it does red. Love the formula an will def be repurchasing this
