Spectra Premium 93024 Vehicle HVAC Heater Core Replacement Compatible With Jeep Cherokee, Comanche, Wagoneer and Wrangler

Took me 7 and a half hours, but this core flows great. Its so nice to have heat in my 99 Jeep!h

Worked perfectly on a 2001 jeep xj, it is quite difficult to install. A shop will charge you about 8 work hours.

So this has been installed for about 3 months now. Its in a 2000 TJ Wrangler 4.0L. It was nearly and exact fit. The little tab that hold the two pipes together was a little off and needed to be bent a bit. If your attempting this job then a small bend with some plyers wont scare you. I saw complaints that its not that warm and doesn't produce enough heat. I have to say in my experience so far this thing has been excellent. I have run in 4 degree farh with a soft top and it has kept the entire jeep warm and without the need for a coat. The job itself was not fun, not incredibly difficult but time consuming. This is a good unit, it fit perfectly, The only issue with it was the seal around it was already coming off when I opened the package. I used weather adhesive to reinstall the foam seal. So far, works good on my jeep. I checked the temp coming out of the vents, was about 120 degrees. I have a 180 degree stat in my jeep and the outside air temp was about 42 degrees.

Great quality and holding up nice for a few months now. Installation sucks, but it's definitely worth replacing it. Wish I would have done it sooner. No leaks and great heat in the Cherokee!

Purchased August 24th 2024. Installed it a few weeks later after a proper system flush (with thermostat out). Fit fine, worked fine. Starting leaking today September 29th 2025. Lasted 12½ months installed. 1 year warranty, go figure. Have to admire the precion of planned obsolescence.

Direct fit on a 2000 xj(2.5 gas,european model). Great heat.All in all a product that does what it meant to do.

Well made. Installed this on my TJ about 8 years ago and it’s still holding strong. Had a helluva time getting it installed, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the part. Just poor design on Jeep’s end. Whole dash has to be removed to get to it.

Well built Heater Core and is a exact fit. Just like a new radiator or heater core its a good idea to take a garden hose and flush both tubes with fresh water to make sure its all clean inside.

Núcleo calefactor para cherokee 87 4.0l queda como el original. Es todo aluminio.

Bought for my father. Hes installed with no compaints.
