UMAY 512 Walking Pad, 512N Under Desk Treadmill, P1 Small Treadmill, Ultra Quiet Walking Treadmills for Home Office with Remote Control

I bought my treadmill nearly 2 years ago. I use it weekly while in meetings, watching videos, basically anytime I can get away with it. I love how easy it is to move around for those times I can't use it. Recently I had an issue with the control. I couldn't get it to work even with a new battery. I contacted UMAY and even though I was way past the warranty they sent me a new one. SO GRATEFUL as I do use the treadmill a lot. Two things I would want them to fix. One - the ridiculously loud beeping when you start it. Not very subtle so I can't start the treadmill if I am around others or on microphone. Thus the 4 stars for noise. Otherwise it's quiet while running. Two - the control is glitchy sometimes (maybe it was just mine and that's why it failed). When I press the plus or minus it sometimes will not work. I have to try it from different angles until it finally beeps and changes speed. Same with the cycle through display button.All in all I am happy with it and will continue to walk while working!

So I love running! However due to a head injury and chronic migraines I can no longer run without making them worse. So I decided to order this treadmill. I love how compact it is because when I got this I lived in an apartment and this fit under my bed. It’s very durable and not to heavy. Easy to maneuver around. We’ll just about a year ago I moved into a house and packed the remote and now 8 months later still haven’t found it. I wasn’t overly concerned because I was very pregnant around the time I moved and my balance was wonky so not using it was ok for a small time, and now that my baby is 8 months I wanted to use it again. But still no remote. So I contacted the manufacturer and even though it had been some time since I ordered it they were amazing and sent me a replacement remote for me. I haven’t received it yet but will soon. If I didn’t love my treadmill I wouldn’t of reached out for a new remote.I would of just bought a new one but this one is worth it! It is not for running, and I’m good with that. So if you are looking for a treadmill that you can walk on and get those steps in then this is perfect, also it’s easy to put away.

The media could not be loaded. I was so looking forward to this walking pad. It even got here a day early. I read reviews but obviously not enough.As soon as we got it out of the box and plugged it up, the REST that is supposed to pop up on the screen did not pop up. So of course, we thought it was the remote, like everyone else did that had this problem. I go to reviews to see if anyone else has this problem and of course, TONS of people. We unscrew the top of the treadmill and the wiring is not in place, much like a lot of other people’s.Put that back in place, turn the treadmill on and it’s immediately making a screeching noise. My boyfriend then gets it up to 3.9 and it immediately shuts off. So we’re like okay, maybe we need to oil it with the oil provided.. we do that and it then makes the treadmill go SLOWER, not even moving until it gets above the 1.0 speed. And when it was moving, you could put your finger on the belt and it would stop moving. (As seen in the video)We take the top back off to try and see what’s going on. We turn the treadmill back on and as it’s counting down to 0 to start the walk it flashes to E01 and won’t even turn on.I’m so upset about this and am going to try to contact the seller and get a refund, I’ve seen some reviews say they were able to and some were not. Wish me luck ):
