BIC Gelocity Quick Dry Retractable Gel Pens with Medium Point and Comfortable Grip, 12-Count in Assorted Ink

I saw these pens reviewed on a TikTok video and had to try them out. So far I absolutely love them and I am currently using them daily for journaling. Pros: they are uniquely styled, do not smear or skip, dry as soon as they touch paper, and you get a bunch of pens in the package. The package only comes with blue, purple, red, and pink. I think it’s a nice array of colors. They write extremely smooth and are comfortable in your hand. There’s nothing worse than getting a pen and the colors being dull- however they are deep colors that show easily on white paper. What else can I say, they’re good pens and inexpensive for the quantity that you get. Cons: I really don’t have any… other than the fact I always wish there were more colors provided when a pen is this good. If I’m being really picky, they could be a little more comfortable in your hand but I really don’t notice any discomfort when writing in my journal.

I absolutely love these Pens — they’ve quickly become one of my new favorites! I enjoy writing in color, and these pens make it so much fun. The ink doesn’t bleed through, and they write so smoothly. The retractable feature is super convenient, and they last a long time without drying out. The only downside is the price. While I think they’re worth it, they’re a bit on the expensive side for pens. I’ll probably wait for a sale before purchasing again, but overall, I’m really happy with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality gel pens.

Best writing pen available! Silky Smooth, consistent writing with perfect flow! I love how they never skip, perfect ink until empty. I’ve tried S-gel, Energel, fancy rollerball pens, etc. but these consistently provide the best performance & last quite a while due to a large ink cartridge. Catch them on sale & it’s a better value as well! They truly glide over the paper & dry fast enough, like most similar pens. Comfy grip & they look nice + fairly strong build quality. Hard to imagine anyone disliking them. I’ve ordered 4 boxes so far & they all function perfectly. Enjoy!

I love these pens. If you love pens and anything that writes you'll love these too. The grip, is soft and comfortable to write with. I'm appreciative of the little nub on the end to protect the ink/tip of pen. Ink colors are a perfect set. This is my second set of these, will definitely buy again.

Love the color options and that gel dries quickly. No issues with smearing and pens write smoothly.

These are, for the most part, excellent pens. They have bright colors, smooth ink laydown, and have a wonderfully speedy drying time so they don't smear under your hand. The pen has a 0.7 tip size, like most American brand gel pens (although if bic released these same pens in 0.5 I would give them my firstborn) so expect some trouble writing things super small, but the size is appropriate for most handwriting sizes. I only have a few complaints: for one, the pack I bought has no black pen. You can clearly see on the product page that the pack contains no black pens, but it's just.... weird for a multi pack of pens to not have black! I also noticed after a few days of using them that they sometimes seemingly run out of ink, then the next day they'll write normally again. I think the cause of this is bubbles inside the ink tube. Additionally, stimmers/fidgeters be warned: quickly shaking this pen in the air can cause ink to splatter everywhere. My last thought on these is the feel of writing with them: they feel sort of "slippery" to write with. It helps a lot to avoid fatigue while writing (because it requires almost no pressure to put ink to paper) but it feels almost like I'll make unintentional strokes. Overall, fantastic pens, I love writing with them, although there are a few frustrations. I would definitely buy them again.

I really like this gel pen , it writes extremely smoothly and dries very fast, so it doesn’t smear at all. The grip is comfortable for long writing, and the ink flow is consistent from start to finish. Perfect for school, work, or journaling. Highly recommend if you want a clean and fast-drying pen!

I am an artist who works with ink and line art. So the pens I use have to be of excellent quality. Usually, I have been using either the Pilot g2 pens or Uniball 207. The only issue is that the ink usually doesn't last very long with them. After reading the reviews about these, I figured I'd try them out. First thing I love is the sheer amount of variety you get in colors!! And the ink is very vibrant. Beautiful color! The pens themselves are very comfortable to hold and use for long periods of time. The best thing is that there is no skipping or dragging on the paper, which is huge for an artist!! These are great for every day use, school, work - anything you can think of! Plus, for twelve different colors at such a fantastic price - you can't beat it! Now, since I haven't had them that long, I can't speak as to how long they will last, but I promise to update my review once the first one runs out. Considering it's such a great brand, I have a feeling they will last a long time. But they are wonderful!!
