DO NOT believe any youtubes or reviews
I have orderd 2 sets of these. One here from Amazon and one from Home Depot...NEITHER of the spin lock fixtures worked. I have a DeWalt battery drill and set it to low, I aligned the chuck as indicated with the opening slots at 90 degree to the "squeezed together tie strap and the chuck all the way down to the rail. NEITHER chuck even began to twist the tie wire or cut off excess.
