RTN stopped - i assume this was the fix?
heavy witch hazel smell that permeates for long periods thereafter, but rapid tissue necrosis stopped before frag was entirely consumed, so if this stopped the loss, smell was worth it!

Acropora bacteria infection lifesaver!
I mistakenly purchased this thinking it was just to dip a few stubborn frags in to kick start the a bit. Well when it came in and I noticed it's to treat the whole tank, I set it aside and was just going to keep it as I try to never add anything to my main display I less I have to. Well, the very next day, my Acropora had retracted polyps as they're normally extended. Then came the zooxanthellae expelling through the tips and polyps. I'm pretty sure it's Acrobacter, Vibrio, or a few other bacteria that came come from other corals or through frozen food even. I dosed the Brightwell Koral Recover and didn't notice anything immediately. The second day the RTN was visibly slowing down. Today is the 3rd day and it's fairly stable. I just received my bottle of Ciprofloxacin and I'm going to treat with Cipro and stop the Brightwell for now. Does this work? YES! It does and if you have corals with RTN, STN, or Brown Jelly, pick this up and have it on hand. A mistake that I made ordering probably saved countless colonies of Acropora.

Torch polip bailout.
This product just killed two of my torches. Let me explain: 50-gallon tank. Calcium: 445 Magnesium: 1450 Alkalinity: 8.9 Nitrates: 15 Phosphate: 0.05 I decided to try this product because I have a lot of trust in Brightwell’s product line. I had some hammers that didn’t look particularly great, but not bad either. After reading the specs of this product and the listed benefits, I decided to give it a try. I followed the dosing instructions, even staying slightly under the recommended amount. I observed the coral’s response, kept the skimmer running as instructed with a medium-wet skimmate, and performed a 30% water change after a week, as the directions indicated. My tank is two years old, the torches have been with me for almost a year. Nothing else changed, and the only possible cause of polyp bailout is usually magnesium deficiency — but as you can see from my parameters, I always run it high. Without a doubt, I attribute this problem to this product.

Great product
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Worked well and the coral loved it. I would buy again and again!

I don’t think it does anything
Didn’t help my tank. But then again, half of products out there are just snake oil

Works great for Coral Frags and Corals on the decline
Decided to frag my Space invader pectinia coral which has grown to the size of 1.5 softballs. Being a novice, I do not know if I cut at the 100% best places. My go to fish store recommended this to dose in the main tank to help the mother colony and frags recover and not lose flesh and after reading the directions, the frags and mother colony recovered splendidly. This treatment also saved my gold torch that was also on the decline too due to a tank swing when on a 10 day vacation and power outage screwed up the dosing equipment. My recommendation is to make sure to read the directions very carefully and turn off any equipment that it recommends to do so.

Need skimmer!!!
Although I feel like this product works fine I don’t have a protein skimmer. so I wasn’t actually supposed to use it. It did help my corals, though I just had to do a bunch of water changes to offset.

Some of my LPS corals were slowly receding and Koral Recover saved them. I dosed for 7 days and then 25% water change on my reef tank. No negative effect on other aquarium inhabitants. Will use again if needed.
