I absolutely rarely write reviews! Since I ran out of this I was telling my husband- I just don’t feel like I have energy! I realized what changed is I ran out of my NAD+!!! I put this on autoship! It gave me a surge of energy and at the end of the day better sleep! I feel like my skin and hair is better too!

This is probably the best Nad+ pill version that I have tried. I could definitely feel the effects but I wish it was a bit stronger.
