If there is anyone that needs to be annoyed greatly, this is YOUR BEST PURCHASE EVER! It is absolutely hilarious to give this to a punchy and sugared up kiddo and stick them in a car with your greatest enemy (or in my case, my husband). I am sure payback will be absolutely awful. This torture noise device has GREAT battery life, which is perfect for annoying everyone, not so great if you are hoping it dies quickly. It works exactly as planned: speedy noises, easy to use, and probably just enough quality that it will last longer than anyone would like!

My sons and even my husband love playing with this. I thought it would be a toy that is just played with a little and then would lay in the toy bin. Instead they continue to pull it out of the bin periodically to annoy each other. It creates the sound as the punchline for their jokes. It helps make giving directions more humorous and less dry. We are thoroughly getting our money's worth out of it.

This is a fun toy for youngsters or older folks who get a kick out of juvenile things. The sounds are funny and mechanical sounding...a bit tinny but who cares? It made the whole family laugh when we were all together having fun. There was stiff competition to play with it as well. Everyone seemed to want a turn, even Grandpa and Grandma. And they loved it! The kids were especially delighted and their peels of laughter was the BEST reward. This would be great for parties of all kinds. The kid who received the item didnt see much of it right away, as it was being passed around and played with by all of us. We had to put it up at dinner, because, well you know kids! It became an irritant to the stodgy adults. It is small enough to tuck in a pocket, and very lightweight. It is not really that loud but there is no volume adjustment. I dont know how long the batteries will last or even if they are replaceable, as they are listed as "non-standard batteries". Also, the QR code on the back of the package would not scan at all. As to why I gave four stars as opposed to five --was not the fault of the toy or the company that makes it. It was AMAZON who packed and shipped to me, a toy that was previously ripped open and was already damaged. How do I know it came like that from the warehouse? The shipping box was in perfect shape and the item was wrapped in paper padding. The damaged parts were not in the shipping box, so the person at the warehouse who pulled and packed it had to have seen it was damaged and thought it was acceptable to ship. Give me a break! What kid wants a toy that has already been opened? Amazon, you know better than that! But to their credit, Amazon sent another one immediately.

I intend to put this in one of my kids' stockings for Christmas. I have a 4 year old boy who I expect will find this hilarious. It is small and easy to hold in your hand. It is suitable for really almost any age range, from small kids to older adults, someone who has a sense of humor can enjoy it. The one downside might be that I don't see a volume adjustment option, and it is pretty loud. Might be something my kid will have to take a break from (to really give is a break) sometimes. I hope the battery holds up a long time, but assume it is easy to replace.

Holy Moly! If I could rate this a 10 star then I would, or maybe I would say my 10 year old would. I personally would rate it a 5... Depending on how my day is going. My kid is all about this sound effects machine. I had to take it from him in the car tonight, It can get a little overwhelming when he is constantly using it! This has all kinds of great effects and he loves to try to work them into conversations. So far has been durable through all of the drops. It is small enough to fit in your pocket which makes it easy to travel with.

My grandson loves this. He uses it for sound effects for his Lego animation videos.o

So much fun! Didn't work when arrived, but buy that's because it had a tab in batteries to be pulled out once packaging is opened

I bought this as part of a Christmas gift for my great nephew. Was a hit! Kids love the funny sounds. He even had it outside with friends playing the sounds. My great niece liked it too.
