I would describe these earbuds as ‘exceptional’. Prior to purchase, I did a lot of research online to try to find the best earbuds to suit my needs. I’d been having issues with some others I had bought that kept falling out of my ears, and also caused pain after wearing for a time.I saw these Soundcore 40i earbuds in black under review. The video said they were an improvement on the 30i, which I had also considered.When I clicked the Amazon link, I was pleased to find that the item was available with a £20 off voucher. Not only that, but the earbuds were also available in a lovely shade of gold; much more appealing to me than black.As a Prime customer, I was able to have them the next day.Earbuds duly arrived and I was excited to try them out. They were already charged and ready to go, which was great. Just a point of note, the charging cable is only short, which might be an issue for some. The design oozes quality. After a quick read of the quick start instructions, I was able to pair the earbuds with my device easily. The sound quality was as I’d hoped.I used them for the first time at length today at work, and wasn’t disappointed. The most noticeable thing was the comfort, I could hardly tell I had them in. The earbuds did come with some clear covers to adapt the earbuds if they were too small, but they were actually a perfect fit for me without them. I move around a lot in my job, and they never once fell out or even moved in my ears. We are only permitted to wear one earbud at work for safety reasons. I was amazed that the charge on a single earbud lasted for the whole of my 6 hour shift, I would normally have had to swap to the other earbud halfway through my shift.I really liked the button control on the back of the earbud. I was able to pause, restart, increase the volume (right earbud only; left earbud decreases volume), and skip to the next track.So, overall I am very happy with my purchase and happy to recommend to others.

Interesting way to listen to the music.Sound is good.I would not recommend if you are already comfortable with the normal ones but you may find them nice.

I’ve been buying soundcore for years, I have a few of the ear buds, obviously these will not be like buds in your ears, these are easy to wear and very sturdy but easy to remove. I’ve only had them a few weeks, but so far so good.The sound is pretty good, and you still get a good experience when out and about. Which is the main reason for these so I can still be aware of my surroundings and people around me, they’re a dark grey Matt colour, they do look cool. Case is slim and easy to use.

After watching a number of ‘very positive’ reviews of Soundcore’s C40i ear buds online & on YouTube, I was really looking forward to getting a pair of my own. After waiting several weeks before they became available in the UK, I immediately bought a pair from Amazon (despite several customer reviews being somewhat negative)On delivery, I immediately fully charged the buds and linked them to my phone, and that’s when my excitement completely disappeared. Firstly, it became clear that 1 of the buds was faulty & did not work at all (why aren’t the buds tested for any faults before they are packaged !!) furthermore it also became apparent for me when using the only working bud, that the sound quality (I have several other open type says of earbuds) was at best, very average.The buds are being returned, and I have not asked for a replacement. I’m very disappointed.

very good quality. The sound is amazing for the size of the earphones. It recharges fast and very comfortable to wear and designed well.

These are really great earbuds. I run in them and they don’t budge. The sound is excellent and for the money they are spot on. I highly recommend these

Sound was poor. Couldn’t get the speaker to point into my ear without holding my ears out slightly.

I had to upgrade to c40i from the c30i and I do not regret it..the c40i has more bass and can connect to two devices simultaneously. I has a good battery life and is also very good value for money.
