I've been using this product for a while now was hesitant at first but I don't regret it it does it job cheaper than salon visits and box dye I will keep using it like all dyes make sure your not allergic to before you do all your hair it has a smell but all dyes do I don't get itchy one of the reasons I like it will continue to use

I have been coloring my hair dark brown for at least 20 years. If I didn’t color it I would be completely gray now based on my roots. I recently let them grow out over an inch & I’ve been contemplating going natural gray. I don’t want to just stop coloring my hair but I also don’t want to pay hundreds of dollars & spend the next year trying to go lighter so in can eventually color it gray. I decided to try this shampoo & I’m very impressed. I put it on my hair basically the same way I would if I were coloring it. The smell isn’t pleasant but it’s not as bad as other reviews make it sound. I left it on for 25 minutes then combed some conditioner thru the ends. This helped with the smell. This colored my hair just like permanent hair color. My intention is to keep using it until my roots grow out long enough for me to cut my hair just above my shoulders then go gray naturally. I will continue to but this shampoo!

Honestly i never write reviews but this deserved one. Ive been dying my hair for years to hide some of the grays. Usually the dye either causes hair fallout or burns My scalp altogether not to mention 30 minutes of sitting there itching. This was a breeze to use only 10 minutes and it was ready to be rinsed without staining staining the tub. Definitely will be my go to hair dye going to buy again and again.

So affordable convenient work to cover gray hair 100% I couldn’t believe the price is a big bottle and you can do it at home and is not messy I love this !!!!!! Beautiful fresh black hair !! I will never spend my money at a hair salon or buy the pharmacy stuff ever again. Thank you!!!

Things I’d like:It works really well in the time indicated. It comes with ear covers, which you really going to need and the price is affordable.Things to be aware of:Instructions are simple but not complete, it doesn’t indicate if the hair should be clean or dirty. I did a test strip of hair with dirty hair and It did not take well. So I looked up some videos to see how other people were using the product and on clean dry hair best results. The product can be a bit messy be aware that it will stain your skin, If you do not remove it quickly. When you’re going to rinse the product off wear glove or your nails will be stain. My towel got stained as well, this could be because maybe I did not take all the product off correctly or it just stains clothing. I guess we’ll find out the next time I do this. Once I rinse off the product, my hair was stiff and rough. I needed conditioner, which is not a problem. However, the box just say rinse and do not wet for 48 hours so I was worried to put anything on my hair. I could not leave my hair feeling that way so I use a mask deep conditioner. I left it in for a couple minutes and we removed, did not put it on my scalp. I styled my hair as usual and the hair looks shiny and It feels nice. My scalp was a little bit itchy through the night, but I am a very sensitive person to products so this could just be me.I gave it a four star because I thought I wouldn’t have to deal with the staining of the skin.

I finally found a product that works. I bought this product after using another to conceal some gray hairs in my beard. I didn't think the previous product was effective, but I am 100% pleased with this one. I will stick with this product as long as they keep using the same ingredients and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend it. Be careful when using it as it will stain just like other dyes.

All I can say is that if you have gray and to to cover it without harsh chemicals then I say buy this shampoo. I am so excited about this. I was skeptical but once I put it on and let it sit for 15 minutes, I wash the gray right out of my hair so far so good. I love it. This hair is a natural black again!!!!!!

I just received it (purchased color in black) and tried it on my hair that I had added some product to it earlier for church. I really wanted to see how it worked and didn’t want to go through the hassle of making sure I had clean hair. I rubbed it together in my hands, using the gloves they provided (gloves were cheap, but whatever) and then raked it through my hair like I was shampooing my hair. I then placed the cap they provided (also cheap) and hopped in the shower and did all the other stuff I normally do and I washed out the hair dye shampoo last. Considering the lackluster effort I put into it, it really covered my grays. I don’t even care that the box says to repeat every 10-15 days because it was minimal effort to get decent results. Normally, I spend 45 minutes coloring my gray roots. And the price point for it is great. It’s a huge bottle and since I’m only using it to color my roots, it’ll probably last me a few months for the same amount of 1 box of hair dye.
