I bought this to help boost my HDL cholesterol. I didn't realize it was going to taste so good! I sometimes just drink it with a bit of sweetener and sometimes I put it in my coffee or tea and use a frother to put some foam on my beverage. It's really good for you, so I don't think I'm going to stop using it any time soon. ==Just as a note, you can't put it straight into your coffee, you have soak it in hot water for about 15-20 mins and then blend it with a frother. At that piont it will look like heavy cream and you can the put it in your coffee or tea or just sweeten it and drink it. YUM!

I find this is the best lecithin you can buy. It is not soy, it is organic sunflower lecithin and I take a 1/4 teaspoon every day to keep my vascular system clean and the choline is great for the brain. It does not taste bad, but it tastes like lecithin. Something has to taste like something, so I can't complain. I have been back multiple times to purchase this great product and will be back again.

You know, I was researching Lecithin and was very lucky to bump into this one. The taste is outstanding, it is organic and no soy...besides, I am doing lypossomal and with this one I don't have to wait for 4 hours...measure and pour and you are done. The taste is like...huh...let me think...closer to an ice-cream when in lypossomal. Just love it, the best lecithin ever.

Researched as a breastfeeding vegan mom. It’s super good for us all. Cold pressed, solvent free, the whole deal. As a first time user I took a spoon full into my mouth and wth… so thick, like engine oil. How am I realistically supposed to take recommended does daily? Please give me some assistance! Reading all these reviews on how tasty it is and easy it is to get down… how?! I like earthy flavor but it’s thick. I feel like I’m going to choke on it if I swallow!

It takes making gummies to a different level! Bought for emulsifying medicated oils and butters into other things and it works wonderfully
