It's Pig Pickin' Time
This ACE knife is just what we needed for chopping up the pig(s) at our barbecues. It's a serious blade, sharp and balanced so that it's easy to use. Makes slicing up the meat so much easier. It's even fun to use. The sheath is thick and hefty and keeps the blade from getting damaged while stored. The handle is extremely easy to grasp and the hole in the blade is a nice feature. I've never seen this before but all of us who have used it, really like this feature. I don't think you're going to find a job too heavy-duty for this cleaver. It's the new hero at our pig pickin's and we love it!

Vicious Cleaver -- and That's a Compliment
Full tang, seemingly quality steel, extremely sharp and solidly assembled. It has that half-darkened look of the modern Serbian blades, but I'm pretty sure this is made in China...one of the reasons I was surprised at the superior characteristics of the tool. The handle fits better in the grip than many similar knives (I own a lot of knives!) Minus one star for the absolute stench wafting from the leather sheath; it stinks like a rotting animal carcass.

Cut through bones like butter
It has never been easier to cut through a whole chicken than it is with this extremely sharp and well-made knife! The blade is incredibly strong and precise, making every cut smooth and effortless. Whether chopping through bones or slicing meat, this knife handles it all with ease. The craftsmanship is outstanding, with a comfortable grip and a solid feel that gives great control. If you’re looking for a high-quality butcher knife that makes food prep a breeze, this one is a must-have. Highly recommend!

Great knife
Just got this knife and holy cow it's nice. It is heavy and the finger hole is nice to help keep it in your hand if things get slippery. My only complaint is that the sheath seems a little cheap but I most likely will not use it anyway.

The knife is beautifully made, very sharp and it comes in a leather sheath. Perfect knife for gift giving. I expect this knife with all of the combined metals, will last for a very long time!
