Loved this entire set! Used it for a Sweet 16 birthday. The banner was easy to set up & used the cupcake sticks as confetti on tables (cut the bottoms off). Balloons were perfect & held the helium all day and night (started to deflate next morning). Right amounts for plates & utensils.Everything was great quality.
