I received a retainer from my surgeon and the connecting plastic was cutting into my skin and irritating my sutures that were healing seamlessly. I bought a new one because I couldn't bear the discomfort another day. This is made well, is extremely comfortable and true to size. If you wonder how to measure millimeters they are the tiny hash marks on the ruler or measuring tape between the centimeter marks, one centimeter is ten millimeters! Hope that helps:)

Too small,

Too wide and doesn’t cover the whole nostril was pretty low quality compared the ones my doctor gave me. I ordered as an extra and this disappointed

The product cam just in time. I'm using it almost 7 days without any problem and i can see differences from the begging. Perfect item for the recovery after the surgery.
