I drive a 1999 Honda Prelude, the vehicle has a very slanted dashboard and unique cup holders. This left me with two trustworthy phone mount options, a vent mount or a windshield mount. I personally don't like windshield mounts, so I went searching for a vent mount that would absolutely never drop my phone. I originally had one of those normal mounts that clip onto your vent and then tighten around your phone, but it was very unreliable and dropped my phone too much. So I looked into a strong magnetic mount. Considering my phone has an otterbox case and is pretty heavy. There was another company who had a 10 magnet dash mount, which I would probably recommend over this mount if I had a more manageable dashboard. However I don't, so I got this one and put it on my vent. Installation of everything was incredibly simple, you put the metal plate on the outermost layer of your phone case, or just use the adhesive metal plate on your bare phone. Then you pretty much shove the mount into your air vent to keep in place, and it probably won't budge. Mine hasn't. It does a great job holding my phone, but my only complaint would be that getting a mount like this removes the ability to tilt the phone towards your face. Which is a bigger issue than you think, because now the sun will occasionally glare off my phone screen and directly into my eyes. For some people this might be too distracting to drive with, but for me it is a minor annoyance. Everything I have to say is positive and that is my only complaint.

I love this! So easy to use and install also. I have tried sooo many of these phone holders- but this I by far the best I have used and purchased. Now that phones are pretty big- I'm not confident that 2 would stay mounted up there- but you could if you needed to. There are two magnets that come with- one is sticky back which I attached to the back of my phone case held for about 6 months then came off. there is a larger magnet that you put between phone and case- that one works great. I wish there were two of those magnets in there instead. Otherwise this bar it great. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for the right fit!

This product works pretty well, I've used it in multiple cars with success. The only issues are that your phone can sometimes fall off if you hit a large bump or pot hole in the road, and that the casing is not put together very well. It starts to come apart, but so far pushing it back together has worked the few times that has happened. Even so I would probably buy it again.

I have not written a review in a long time, but i am so impressed with this simple gadget i have to do it. Mind you i am using & iPhone 7 and being that it uses magnets i don't know how it will work on other phones. I drive all day and encounter many different road conditions but the magnets used on this gadget are quite strong and the phone has not moved once attached. Will have to wait to see how long the attachments will last on back. So far kudos to this company. Very impressed. Be careful it does not fit all vehicle vents. Does not fit 2014 toyota corolla sport

Benuo Magnetic Car Phone Holder works like a charm. At first I was skeptical when I decided to purchase this item. Was it going to work? Would it fit on my air vent? Would it harm my phone or battery? The first 2 questions were a big YES!! Not only did it hold my phone it also held my wife's phone and with ease, very strong magnet. It fit both cars air vents so it is definitely universal and easy to attach. The holder has not harmed my phone and I have had it attached for several hours now. I am super pleased, its small, efficient and perfect for my daily work commute.

Works great. Just a little hard to place on the air vent but so far a haven’t had any issues with it, very happy with this product.Update:Bought another for my husband car, each time that I get my phone out of the magnet, it comes off the vent, it doesn’t attach to well on my husbands car like on mine.

This product held my phone perfectly, and was exactly what I was looking for. This lasted 2 days. Day 3, the back and front came apart when I put my phone onto the magnet. I have glued it together, but it is a less than perfect solution. There is a bulge in the front surface from a screw or a magnet, and my phone doesn't stay on it as well. I am disappointed, and would change my rating if it stayed together.Edit 9/30I was shipped a replacement, and this one is working as expected. Great customer service!

So, this thing is super easy to install. Just pop it on your vent, but the included metal plate in your phone case and GO!However, the design flaw is that the holder part comes off the vent when you go to pull your phone off. It’s on there with very little pressure, so the magnet wants to hang on strong...My daughter can still use it, just frustrating to have to be careful when removing the phone. I wish there was a little clamp to keep it on the vent.
