Perfect little individual cakes of goodness. The range of flavors are wonderful, the slight crunch from the grains, the added protein makes this a great mid-morning snack with a hot cup of coffee or tea. Perfect size for littles to put in their lunch box for a quick healthy snack on the way home from school. Great for road trips. I mean who eats buckwheat, chia seeds, golden flax seeds, quinoa and oatmeal daily? I do now because of this tasty baked cake. Well done!

My best friend had one of these when she donated blood and recommended them to me. I am always looking for a little snack that is delicious, and being healthy is not a bad thing either. I ordered the variety pack and am enjoying all 3 flavors. I like that they have real fruit in them and have crunchy bits. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice tasty little snack.

I tried these when I donated blood. I crumble them and put in my yogurt. I love the texture, the taste, and that they are not super sugar sweet. They are a little pricey but worth it. I bought the variety pack for people to try at work and everyone really likes them.

These are very tasty. I like that they are soft vs crunchy like most granola bars. Really good ingredients with ancient grains. Deducted a star because there are seed oils. They are a nice, small snack for between meals with only 110 calories per bar. They were fresh, not stale as some reviews mentioned. The expiration date is 4 months from purchase which I heard was normal. I will probably purchase again. Recommend for a healthier snack than cookies or other sweets.
