Don’t really notice a difference but there is no odor to it and it doesn’t make me belch; good amount of essential fatty acids along with d3 and k29. Could use a higher amount of d3

A very good product if you don't eat a lot of small fish. The K2 and D3 help with calcium placement in the body. Certain fish are good for the diet because of their high omega-3 fatty acid content and lower levels of mercury. I have upped my diet to include the fish from the acronym "SMASH": Salmon, Mackerel, Anchovies, Sardines, and Herring. I use the Wiley's Fish Oil supplement when I feel I am not consuming enough of the small fish in my diet (I prefer food instead of pills). Wiley's claims to use Wild Caught Alaskan fish for their product, which is why I purchase their products.

So far so good. Easy to swallow, not to large of a pill and no fish burps which is the biggest thing for me.

I feel great when I take these, and no unpleasant side effects. I feel more relaxed, and I feel like I can process more information, in a short amount of time. I definitely will re-purchase these. I also think that it helps with heart palpitations. A bonus- it does great things for hair and skin.
