POLYWATCHDiamond Polish Scratch Remover for Glass Watch Crystals

I've tried many similar products (Poly Watch etc) and none has worked so well as this one. Don't be put off when you open the product and find two very small syringes and wooden stick - you only need a tiny amount. You also get little strips of cloth to put over the stick.It does NOT take hours of rubbing to remove light to medium scratches. Just a little patience and they're gone.I caught my watch on a wall, and the scratches were across the whole glass light to medium depth. They have ALL now gone!I really cannot praise this stuff enough. I was facing having to get a new glass, and the watch has sentimental value so something needed to be done, but this has totally fixed the issue.

Doesn’t do the job at all. I have minor scratches on my Apple Watch, used 5 times, couldn’t see any improvement. Just waste of my time and making arm tired. Absolute waste of money! Do not buy this product!!!!!!!

First things first, the tube was only 1/4 filled and most of that had large chunks of air which meant I only had enough paste to do one watch and the results were OK. For micro scratches this will likely do a good job. But for anything more, it’s likely not up to scratch, pun intended.

The media could not be loaded. Cleaned up a very badly damaged mineral glass crystal to a fantastic level!!The glass was very badly scratched all over the lower 3/4 with deep grooves and the watch was unreadable below the scratches.A solid hour of polywatching later and the scratches are barely visible! Very impressive product and works better than advertised in my opinion! Highly recommend.The tube is quite small though which is a shame but worth the price all day!

Loses a star because the amount of product in the syringe-like applicators is minimal.There are mixed reviews for this product. It's not a miracle cure but if you follow the instructions and watch their online video it WILL work.It's easier to remove scratches from the centre of the glass, at the edge obviously you will run against the case and bezel.Once you've cleaned everything off you will definitely see improvements but it will take several goes (hence you'll need to use all the product and then probably buy more).Overall It's fairly impressive but I'm going to need another pack if I want to continue.This is by obvious design to sell more but it would be better if they took the hit and supplied enough to begin with.

I used this product to remove scratches from two watches, I wish I'd taken before & after pictures to show as it worked far better then I'd expected.One watch had two deep scratches about 2cm long that I could feel with my finger nail and they are now literally completely gone after 2 passes with the paste, its hard to even see them when trying to catch the light just right - perfect!The glass on the second watch was completely destroyed with scruffs and scratches as if the watch had been dragged face-down across concrete - I wanted to repair this as the watch has sentimental value. The product probably isn't designed for this level of damage but did an amazing job, I'm actually surprised how much better it is. Unlike the 1st watch its easier to see where the scratches were, but looking face on it looks good as new - amazing!One caveat though - I didn't use the stick and paper strips that came with the box I used a wool polishing disc on a Dremel and did about 3 passes. I'm sure I would have got a good result with the stick eventually but much quicker and easier to use a rotary tool!

I only wanted to use a little bit at a time on a small scratch but it splurges out!! So before you know it you have nothing left!! A lot of work is involved in trying to remove the scratch, the video on you tube states to do it for 3 minutes and it's done!! This is not true !! You have to keep doing it!! I managed to get it so the scratch is nearly gone but It's still there but more faint!! A lot of money and work for not much and not perfect results!!

Bought this to remove a scratch on a vintage citizen analogue/ digital watch with a mineral crystal which is what this product should work fine on.After nearly an hour of rubbing and getting the black paste everywhere it barely made any difference just seemed to squeak on the glass.The two syringes containing the abrasive are hopeless for a start you hardly get any abrasive and the rest of the syringe is full of air and when you try to dispense a small amount the whole lot comes gushing out....!Very annoying infuriating experience trying to use this garbage.
