To be fair, I didn’t notice much difference overall, although I did think the thinning seemed to slow slightly at the sides and I started to see a small patch of regrowth at the front. It may just be that I didn’t give them long enough to see the full effect. One thing worth mentioning — the taste. They do have a strong fishy flavour when you first take them, although it fades quickly once you wash them down with water. Too soon for me to say whether they’re effective, but they might work better with more time.

Never works for me even after using 7 continuous month, no visible changes

Despite only being a rather young adult, my hair has already started thinning and in hopes of pushing my eventual baldness I have started looking into ways to prolong the life of my hair. This supplement by Manual piqued my curiosity so I decided to give it a try. The bottle contains 30 pills and with you having to take one a day this will last you 30 days. The pills contain a long list of different nutrients, some of which definitely have a connection with potential hair health (for instance biotin). The pills are rather large so taking them down can be a bit of a struggle, though having a lot of water definitely helps. Now, generally, as a supplement I don't have any qualms with this product, however when it comes to the actual results, things become a bit more difficult. I'm at the end of the bottle and I have been using this alongside Manuals shampoo and honestly I haven't really noticed any difference in my hair. Having said that, hair preservation is a long process and it may be that I expected something too soon. Manual state that you should see effects in 24 weeks, which means you would have to sink at least 5 bottles worth of money for a chance at seeing an improvement. Overall, I feel very conflicted. There are loads of products in the market that make big promises but its always hard to verify their claims. I generally think this is an okay supplement, but given the price and questionable claims I find it difficult to recommend. Manual as a company is fairly well established (feel free to check Trustpilot), so perhaps that lends more credence to their claims, however whether or not you trust them will be an individual choice.
