My Favorite
These are the authentic Italian biscotti, hard baked and crunchy. Unsuitable for deliate teeth. Made to be dunk in something hot, although the sweet dessert wine Vin Santo is said to be good with these, too. Typical of desserts in wine counbtries, biscotti are not sweet. You can add some brandy to that coffee if you want. I love them!

Ok, had better
I'd had a different brand of these cookies in the past. I like that the cookies, in general, are a bit "airy" (i.e., a lot of air pockets... like a sponge, only crunchy), but these cookies in particular are WAY too airy. The air pockets are so large in most of them, that there is barely any cookie at all. Take a bite of one of these "50 cent piece" sized cookies and there is nothing there. It's just an outer crust with nothing inside. Yes, they are tasty. Yes I do like that they are airy, but they are too airy, and just an outer crust. For the price, I'd expect more cookie and less air.
