One of my favorite teas, I don’t feel any benefits of it, but it certainly taste good

I simply can not express in full how much I have thoroughly enjoyed using Tulsi tea to aid me in recovering from adrenal fatigue and dealing with a bit of anxiety in recent months! I was recommended purchasing Tulsi tea after a short stay in the hospital after stress related chest pains. Not only that but I was dealing with a bit of anxiety from those unknown health issues at the time which really left me unable to sleep at times only to be more exhausted and fatigued. Tulsi tea has very relaxing properties to where I would take 1-3 cups a day of it when I felt my heart racing, when I felt anxious, or when I was feeling overly alert come bed time. I would do a hot foot soak with epsom salts as well as boil 1.5 cups of water on the stove and then make a cup of tea. I usually put in a small spoonful of organic honey with it just to sweeten the tea a bit. But every time I have taken the tea, I begin to calm down as this is a natural relaxant. I found myself sleeping better, recovering from fatigue better, and all around feeling more relaxed. If there was a time during the day I felt anxious, I would make a cup or two of tea and within the hour I would be more relaxed, mellowed, and the physical symptoms of being anxious were gone as I made the mental effort to put any anxiety behind me. I know this certainly works because if a time arises where I become anxious and do not take the tea, I never am able to get calmed down and there was a time where I was unable to take it and I found my sleep being more restless and easily startled. I make every effort to regularly take this tea as I continue to heal from adrenal fatigue and to also destress from the daily issues of life. I used the original flavored and have also purchased the lemon ginger which is also a fantastic tasting tea. I've personally found the organic with a bit of honey to be my personal favorite.
