I’ve only had this for 2 days but I’ve used it 3 times. It’s much quieter than my other one and the timer is definitely an added bonus. It’s easy to assemble. I’m pleased with this product.

Says only to use wearing a T-shirt but all it does is get caught in the mechanism which stops the product from working.Don’t bother wasting your money it’s honestly not worth the aggroEDIT: the seller came to me and asked if they could send me out a replacement product which I accepted, they then messaged again to say they re read my review and saw that it was an issue with the T-shirt getting caught.They sent me out a new hoop and also a belt to wear underneath, makes every difference! I’ve been using them for a week now and its 1000 times better. Very nice company, clearly customer satisfaction is very important and they take action in resolving the issue.Would recommend, it’s rare to still have companies in this day and age that aren’t just about taking your money ❤️👌🏽

Bought this item to help weight loss and only had it a few days and the runner has been nipping my skin as its spinning round which this was very painful indeed shame because I thought this would be a good purchase

Smooth running hoop. Wouldn't say quiet but it is quieter than some others. There is a noise but compared to cheaper hoops these are quieter. Not used it for long yet so can't comment on results.

Not only did the hoop or counter keep getting snagged in my clothes, but I've had the hoop just under 2 and a half months and this morning the wheels snapped off the counter that spins around. I've wasted money on not only this item but a belt around my waist to try and snap the snagging.. all money down the drain. Not happy. The old version might be noisy but at least it held out for nearly 2 years.

I bought this item June 2023 and it has stopped working. I am unsure if the bearing or the spindle has broken but I was definitely expecting a longer life span than 14months 😡

This product nips really badly around your side, I mean unbearable nipping even with a top on I had really high hopes but unfortunately I won’t be using it again#edited post!! The seller has just contacted me and offered a belt to use underneath I have accepted and I’m very happy with the customer care and service 5* well done 👏
