Tramontina Tempo Tri-Ply Base Stainless Steel 3.5-Quart Saute Pan with Glass Lid, Induction-Ready Cooking Pan, Oven-Safe, Dishwasher-Safe

This Tempo moniker seems less well made than their "tri-ply base" purchased at Costco awhile back. The lip edge isnt rolled and finished as well, it seems thinner, and worse, the lid is flat as a piece of drywall, no dome to manage condensation, messier. It's fine for the sale price but the subtle enshittification everywhere is getting beyond ridiculous.

Easy to clean, feels solid and durable

Having used this for a number of months now, I have to say that we really love this cookware and intend to purchase more pieces.

I needed a couple of new pans for a new induction stove, and this one is great. It’s wide enough to use the whole burner and deep enough to avoid messes when searing or frying in it. It responds really quickly to changes in power and is thick enough to not warp no matter how many times I crank the heat way up

Pan is solid, lid is very lackluster. It's flat shaped so it gets quite hot and makes the pan feel smaller than it is. It's heavy and vibrates quite a bit even as its cooling.

Pretty. Appreciate the glass lud to keep an eye on the dish. Braised sausage and cabbage with ease. Also boiled pasta. Wider than expected but not too large to wash by hand. Would buy again.

Decent quality, fits my needs.

I waited a few weeks before reviewing and it has been excellent. The pan feels solid and very well made, with clean finishing everywhere. Heat distribution is even and predictable, and it works great on both gas and induction. The lid seals well, the handle is comfortable and stays manageable, and cleanup is straightforward with warm water and a soft sponge. It has already become my main pan in the kitchen. Great value and an easy recommend.

I ordered this by mistake. It is larger than what I was looking for. It is well constructed, nice flat bottom for flat top stoves and doesn’t scrath the surface. I love that it has a glass lid. It has a wide base that fits the larger ring on the stove, but it is not as deep as a pot. Reminds me more of a deep dish fry pan. Bonus is it does have a scale on the inside measuring the 1 and 2 quart levels. I really liked it, so I decided to keep it, and then ordered the make but a smaller size
