This is my go to color and can't find at local stores. This lipstick stays on even after a night out or daytime activities. Go Maybelline! Out performs more expensive lip color!!! So glad I found this seller on Amazon!

I am all over the board with lipstick. Unlike some other makeup like powder or foundation, I don’t find pricier lipsticks to be better or cheap lipsticks to be worse. I just can’t judge until I try it. And this Maybelline lipstick is IT. I’ve been trying to get away from my extremely nude, “I don’t even have lips” look that I’ve been donning for decades. I want to rock the red lip look but my brain will just not accept it on me so I’ve been dabbling more in darker pinks, but I feel like it’s a constant search for the *right* shade. I ordered four lipsticks from different brands recently and this one is a success. The listing image shown for “pink wink” is definitely not what you get. Instead, what my photo shows is pretty true to the color you get when applied. I line my lips with a browser lip pencil, dab the middle of my lips with a very nice/tan color, then apply this lipstick over it all and it’s really pretty. It’s not drying, and does a pretty good job of staying even though drinks and a meal. It’s lustrous but not “shiny,” and has a really nice sheen to it. (It is not matte. I also didn’t want matte.) Really, at this price range, just give it a try. I bought it here on Amazon for under $6.00. How do you beat that? Now I need one for my purse too!

Color is great

Pink Wink not bad at all just too shimmering. I did not expect it to be that much shimmer. I’m more like real colors. I was expecting a pink Perse. Not what I expected but it will do.
