This has been a -- game changer -- for someone like me on TRT (testosterone). Google '1988', 'grapefruit' & 'hematocrit' on Goggle Scholar for a study to learn more.My hematocrit fell from 55 to 51 in one month. More importantly, my Ferritin rose from 29 to over 100! If you are on TRT, you should be aware that this is a COMMON (albeit largely unknown) problem.Sleep improved. Exercise recovery Greatly improved. This has been nothing less than a game changer for me. If you are on TRT and you don't take medication that interacts with grapefruit (btw. Talk to your doctor first!!), you should SERIOUSLY consider this supplement.

Research shows that this product helps weight loss. Not huge amounts. Maybe 1-2 pounds a month.

Worked for me as intended Pills are large and have a bitter flavor on the outside of the capsule but the benefits outweighs them.

I just happened to get blood work and noticed my white blood cells were high. My hemocrait was right at the limit as well. The doctor said let's check you again in 2 weeks (white blood cell related). I figured this would be a perfect time to see if it would lower my hemocrait since i was going to be getting blood work again shortly after. It dropped it 1.8 points in just 17 days. Oddly my white blood cells dropped a ton too but I don't think it's related to this.

Daily cardio, hydration and this and nattakoinasse lowered HCT levels to in range from being high. It’s a must have for anyone on TRT

This is also a great product but be careful because it interfere with many medications you may be taking and can cause serious side effects. Naringin is the same enzyme in grapefruit juice.This supplement increases the effectiveness of any medication and/ or supplements. I take it with my supplements. I gave 3 stars because it isn't soon enough to notice if this product is re ally working.
