This is the 26th volume in the Black Butler series and it was a fairly emotional and startling one with some huge twists. I enjoyed it a lot and remain a huge fan of this series.The book plunges us right into the action with the death of a major character….sadness. Meanwhile some of the side characters are still recovering from the music hall incident. When Ciel finally gets home after making sure Samos has the care he needs (he’s recovering from an mysterious attack), there is a huge surprise waiting both for Ciel and the readers.This is an excellent installment in this series with some huge new twists and turns. Beautifully illustrated as usual! Of all the mangas I have read, this is one of the most beautifully illustrated ones and I love the characters and complex plots.Overall this was an amazing installment in the Black Butler series that had me dying to read the next book in the series. I highly recommend this whole manga series, it’s just so well done.

The spoilers I read was true. Oh goodness. No wonder Soma attacked Ciel. At least we get to see what happened on that day. I had a feeling something like this would be from how things were worded. Looks like Sebastian even knew. I can't wait to read more. What will happen next.

My 10yr old son started reading this series earlier this year and he absolutely loves it! He drags the entire series to school daily because he has a couple of friends he is sharing them with. We just received books 26 and 27 and are looking forward to 28 being released at the end of October. I love that my son loves to read so much.

I think this was an emotional ride for everyone, yes I cried while reading it all the volumes are beautifully written. The book came in perfect condition and no damages!

I loved it!!! I did cry at one point because one of my favorite characters died. It arrived on time. PLEASE BE A FAN TO READ THIS OR ELSE IT MAKES ZERO SENSE

As a black butler fan I always enjoy my manga editions I'm still unsure how I feel about this story direction though but will enjoy it for Sebastian
