I thought I'd try this as I read another review from someone who said they had almond shape eyes that are hooded. Same here.I usually end up giving up with eyelash curlers, I find the shape hits the frontal bone of my eye socket and I can't get the curler down to the base of the lashes.The shape of this one is more curved, it also seems smaller. I've had no trouble curling and it doesn't pinch my eyelids :-) the type I've used previously always seem to catch my lid right at the inner corners.Comfortable to use and the rubber is red instead of black, which means I can see the lashes poke through.I'm pleased :-)

I am so disappointed with these, particularly after reading the positive reviews. Total waste of money and I cannot return them as I have opened the packaging and tried them. You cannot use them to curl your lashes unless you have white/blond lashes as your lashes cannot be seen against the black front of the curler so you cannot tell if you have grabbed any of your lashes or not. After several attempts I managed to grab about half the lashes on one eye. But then when you grip to curl them no matter how hard you grip they don't curl at all. The shape of the curler is terrible, it is way too deeply curved, the inner curve is just under 3cm and can only grip eyelids of eyes/eyelids that have a very small width. I can't use them so I am going to throw them and buy some that are silver so I can see my lashes (they are brown) and with a normal curvature.

I love these! I have almond shaped, hooded eyes. Other curlers Ive used haven't been great in terms of usability, and cheaper ones just haven’t worked. These curl my lashes so well and are comfortable and easy to use . Also great for shorter eyelashes . Would highly recommend.

Honestly the best eyelash curlers. I've purchased high end ones and they still pinch. I have small eyes, so these are perfect, they don't pinch and the grip gives you more control. I highly recommend and great for the price!
