This is a great product overall, and I really enjoy using it. The foot and calf massager has a variety of settings, most of which feel wonderful and relaxing. The only one I don’t enjoy is the shiatsu setting — it’s a little too rough on my feet and can even leave them bruised. I’m not sure if that’s because my feet are completely flat or just the intensity of the setting. Another small drawback is that the shiatsu feature is difficult to turn off. Even though the option appears on the device itself, it only actually works through the remote, which is frustrating. That said, I still recommend this product because the other settings feel great and the massager as a whole is worth it. You won’t regret getting one if you’re looking for foot and calf relief. TL;DR: Great massager with plenty of enjoyable settings. Shiatsu mode is too rough and only disabled via remote, but still highly recommend.

Lately, I was struggling with foot pain that made walking almost unbearable. The Cloud Massager quickly turned things around for me, practically in just a few days. I keep it under my desk at work and use it throughout the day. I tend to favor the preset massage settings over the intense ones, finding it straightforward to operate and delivering a soothing massage whenever I need it.

We've had the massager for about two weeks now. It seems to work great, however it randomly turns itself on....very weird, has done that several times. Pretty sure we don't have a ghost. Wonder if anyone else experienced this?

This foot massage is nice so relaxing my husband and i used it, but the remote is not working. The reason i buy this with remote is for convenience but is just useless remote! Even i remove the plastic still not working. I like it so much but thinking to return it coz of the remote is not working. Can anyone help why?

This is not for the weak. Make sure to adjust the settings accordingly. This WILL hurt your sore feet if you don't have the right settings for you. I have plantar fasciitis so a long day on my feet has my heels pretty sore. The air pressure is amazing, heel vibration feels amazing, the massager is tough on your feet, could almost use some kind of a pad to ease some of the massager pressure. That said, like I stated in the subject line, it hurts so good. I usually run it 2-3 times moving my feet to different spots on the machine. My feet feel so much relief. You can also use it to massage your calves which works amazing. The heel vibration piece will still be on your heels but you will turn the machine around (looking at settings upside down, use handle to adjust desired angle of the machine) so that the massager will meet your Achilles tendon. All that said, 10/10 recommend
