Bakery quality buttercream!
I make mostly decorated buttercream sugar cookies and sweetex is great! I use part butter as well as it taste like the local bakery! It took me about 3 years to go through 50 lbs so I froze most of it and it thaws with no issues. Even with butter the icing dries white. I'm now ordering my second box!

Big difference!
It really does make the best tasting frosting without the greasy taste of regular shortening. I bought it for a wedding cake and received so many compliments. Even the catering staff thought the cake came from a local upscale bakery. I believe it was the difference in shortening. It freezes well so it made buying the 50 pounds justified

It Did what I wanted it to do very good but very expensive
Shortening came in good condition. It was kept cold and everything was packed. Well it was what I want. Very good.

Sweetex is the magical ingredient in buttercream icing that makes your cake taste and look like a professional bakery! I use Sweetex at room temperature with softened butter and warm heavy cream, flavoring and powdered sugar to make the smoothest buttercream icing you can imagine! The trick is beating the Sweetex and butter at the highest speed until it’s velvety smooth and then add the warm cream and beat again and then last, the sugar. I will never again use just regular shortening to make buttercream icing. It holds its shape on cakes very well in warmer weather as well.

Withstands EXTREME heat
Someone recommended this to me. My buttercream stays super white, which I love. There’s a slight aftertaste. And my golly, my hottest faucet water barely gets this stuff off. It’s like melted gum on cement. I’m sure a summer day in hell has nothing on this product!!

Best for stable icing!
Really good flavor for stable buttercream! Arrived sooner than expected! I had issues with my first delivery but Amazon helped me so I could order another one- customer service was amazing!
